Northern Tier Contracting Inc., commonly referred to as NTC, was founded in January of 2012 by partners Darren Gotham and Barry Smith.

Based in southern St. Lawrence County of upstate New York, NTC was formed to give North Country Clients in St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Franklin and Lewis counties a General Contractor option that focused on quality construction at a reasonable cost.

Since the company’s founding, NTC has steadily increased its capacity to supply quality General Construction for both small and large jobs.  NTC provides construction and project management for projects in K-12 Schools,  for Colleges and Universities, State Agencies, Medical Facilities, Public Parks and Recreational locations, Community Housing and Industrial customers.  As General Contractor, NTC manages each aspect of the job from inception to completion.
