NTC demolished an existing building and erected a new building to be used for a brewery and eventually a restaurant. Work included complete demolition and clean up of existing, earthwork, pour concrete foundation, framing new exterior and interior walls, install, finish and paint drywall systems, new ceiling, new doors and windows, polished concrete flooring, installed new restrooms, new plumbing, HVAC and data communications. New asphalt parking lot, new water service, brewing area and new kitchen to be fitted out with appliances at a later date.
