As the prime contractor, Northern Tier Contracting, Inc., working closely with the architects at C&S Companies and the administration of the University to deliver, on time and on budget, the creation of a new state of the art shared lab space. NTC work included casework, flooring, ceilings, fume hoods, and lab storage and workstations. NTC also was responsible for mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection subcontractors.  NTC managed 9 separate subcontractors to complete this project.
