As the prime contractor, Northern Tier Contracting, Inc., working closely with the architects at Mach Architecture, P.C., and the State University Construction Fund to deliver, on time and on budget, the renovation of Timerman Hall, located at SUNY Potsdam. NTC rebuilt classrooms, faculty offices, laboratories, renovated the lobby and installed a state-of-the-art HVAC system.  The lobby now features a sleek and modern student study and meeting area and the classrooms and labs boast the newest technology. The focal point of the renovation was installing museum quality display cases to properly showcase the University’s decades old collection of geological artifacts, including rare fossils, minerals and rocks. NTC managed fifteen subcontractors on this project.
