Northern Tier Contracting, Inc. working with the team of NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation completed the demolition of the previous Beach Bathhouse and constructed this new facility. Northern Tier Contracting employed 25 trades craftsmen for this project and managed another 15 subcontractors.
