NTC constructed 4 new patient care rooms with patios and renovated 8 existing  patient rooms in the existing facility to create spaces for patients and staff offices and utility areas to support 24 hour a day care. Work included complete demo of existing, framing new interior walls, install, finish and paint drywall systems, new acoustical ceiling, new doors and windows, new flooring, upgrade electrical, plumbing, HVAC and data communications. New casework installed to meet stringent medical center requirements.  Work was accomplished while facility remained operational. In addition to the NTC workforce, NTC project manages supervised 6 subcontractors to complete this project
