As the prime contractor for General Construction, Northern Tier Contracting, Inc., working closely with the architects at King & King and the administration of the hospital to deliver, on time and on budget, a new 10,000 sf Medical Office Building. NTC work included excavation of site, concrete foundation and slab, all exterior and interior framing, all exterior and interior finishes, parking lots, sidewalks and landscaping. NTC self-performed 57% of the work and managed 12 separate subcontractors to complete this project.
