As the prime contractor for General Construction, Northern Tier Contracting, Inc., working closely with the architects at Brooks Washburn Architect, PC and the administration of Community Health Center of the North Country, to deliver, on time and on budget, a new Clinic that will hold both medical suites and administrative offices. NTC work included excavation of site, all exterior and interior framing, installation of new mechanical and electrical elements, a new roof and all exterior and interior finishes, parking lots, sidewalks and landscaping.  NTC supervised 16 subcontractors on this project.
