NTC constructed a new 6000 Sq. Ft addition and renovated existing 6000 Sq. ft. facility to create living spaces for patients and staff offices to support 24 hour a day supervision. Work included complete demo of existing, framing new interior walls, install, finish and paint drywall systems, new acoustical ceiling, upgrade electrical, plumbing, HVAC and data communications. New casework installed to meet stringent treatment center requirements. Work was accomplished while adjoining facility remained operational. In addition to the NTC workforce, NTC project manages supervised 9 subcontractors to complete this project.
