As the single prime contractor, Northern Tier Contracting, Inc., working closely with the architects at Brooks Washburn, worked to complete major renovations at several locations throughout the hospital. NTC renovated the Emergency Department, built an addition to house an MRI machine, renovated the Finance Office, Gift Shop, installed new flooring and updated mechanical components as needed. NTC worked to ensure that the spaces are aesthetically pleasing and clinically viable, as well as met all requirements set by regulating agencies. NTC supervised one subcontractor for these multiple projects.
