NTC partnered with the Project Management staff at St. Lawrence University, SWBR Architects, as well as 10 subcontractors to work through initial design and completion of this project on time and on budget. Rebert Hall primarily serves as housing for first-year incoming students.  The scope of this project was to completely renovate Rebert Hall. All student dorm rooms received new finishes and lighting upgrades. Restrooms on each floor were fully renovated and modernized with new tile throughout, tile showers, new fixtures, modern casework vanities, and new lighting. Bathroom renovations allowed designated women’s and men’s restrooms on each floor.  At the heart of Rebert Hall on first floor is the newly renovated student lounge. Features include a modern tiled 2-sided fireplace, modern casework, wood-slat ceilings, modern storefront glass,  a modern student study area and designated student kitchenette/dining space.
